Campaigners given go-ahead to legally challenge Mayor of London over Parliament Square fencing

Protesters have been given the go ahead to have words with the mayor of London regarding fence panels that were erected during a peaceful protest back in 2014. Their argument is that protesting peacefully is a human right act, and that this prevented them from protesting their case successfully. Do you think the fencing should have been erected?
